2.User’s Responsibilities

Kukirin may cancel or terminate a User’s account if Kukirin has reasons to suspect that the User has concurrently registered or controlled two or more user accounts. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of data that they provide to Kukirin, and Kukirin will not held responsible and will not offer any compensation for any cases by incorrect information

2.7 User shall have the option to cancel the order only when prior to shipping by contacting our support center. And Kukirin reserves the right to cancel the order for operation strategy with a prior notice to User account. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Return policy comes into effect.

2.8 User shall be respected to have the option to subscribe or cancel newsletter subscription upon registration.
